The Property

Le Taha’a by Pearl manifests the signature Polynesian style, its architecture reverberating with culture, surrounded by a crystal-clear lagoon. The resort’s overwater suites have thatched roofs and are built with local wood, characterised by a tropical splendour and a stripped-back luxury.

Rooms are adorned in glossy wood panelling, with high ceilings, warm lighting and plush furnishings. Each room has a ceiling fan to keep you cool, as well as huge panoramic windows to let in an abundance of natural light each morning. Step out onto your private veranda and absorb Taha’a’s beauty each morning, with a fresh coffee in hand.

Facilities

Exciting excursions are organised daily by Le Taha’a to provide you with an intimate insight into the magnificent main island and of Motu Tautau. You are equipped with snorkelling gear, enabling you to explore the neighbouring lagoon freely.

On top of this, the resort encompasses a beautiful spa named Tāvai Spa, your gateway to serenity in mind, body and soul. Dip into the couple’s whirlpool or indulge in the spa’s extensive treatment menu. The resort’s main pool is the ideal spot to cool down after a day of exploring, or perhaps you’d prefer to recline at the poolside with a refreshing cocktail.

Dining

The resort homes three beautiful restaurants and two bars, combining French and Polynesian culinary styles and flavour combinations. Enjoy fresh grilled meat, sashimi and colourful salads at Titiraina Restaurant, facing the immaculate resort beach.

Spend your morning in the tree-top location of Hawaiki Nui Restaurant, where views of the Taha’a lagoon and its surrounding lush gardens perfectly complement French pastries and tropical fruit. Lastly, Tipairua Restaurant is your ideal gourmet dining location at Le Taha’a by Pearl, offering innovative French-Polynesian fusion dishes.

How this property makes your trip more responsible

Just like other Pearl Resorts, Le Taha’a Resort stays true to its six main principles: water and energy efficiency, waste reduction, biodiversity protection, sustainable purchases, awareness-raising and social commitment.

The resort stays true to its passion for the natural world through its use of natural materials for all its architecture, also making an impressive use of solar energy. Le Taha’a takes care of its coral gardens, inviting guests to take part in a program which aids in the re-calcifying of damaged corals, and repopulating reefs and coral gardens.
