Your journey begins with a tour of Cape Town, a city set between the ocean and the iconic Table Mountain. Spend time exploring its vibrant culture, scenic coastline, and surrounding wine regions. Whether you take a cable car to the top of Table Mountain, visit Cape Point, or enjoy the lively atmosphere of the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town offers a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.
From here, you’ll fly to the Greater Kruger ecosystem for an unforgettable South Africa safari tour. Staying in a private conservancy, you’ll embark on a Big Five safari, seeing other incredible wildlife along the way. The region’s diverse landscapes and rich biodiversity make it one of the best safari destinations in Africa.
Next, you’ll fly to Victoria Falls, one of the world’s most impressive natural wonders. Trip Itinerary

Days 1-3: Cape Town
Day 1 - Touch down in Cape Town
Welcome to Cape Town! This dynamic city is known for its stunning landscapes, rich history, and vibrant culture, making it the perfect place to start your adventure. Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by a Wayfairer representative who will transfer you to your luxury Cape Town hotel. Take in the breathtaking views as you make your way through the city, settling in for an unforgettable stay in the Mother City.
Once settled into your hotel, you can explore the lively V&A Waterfront, a hub of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon soaking in the sights, perhaps taking a sunset cruise or sampling fresh seafood at one of the many excellent restaurants.
Day 2 - Cape Peninsula Exploration
Today, embark on a scenic drive along the Cape Peninsula, either independently with your rental car or as part of a guided tour. This stunning coastal route takes you past breathtaking viewpoints, charming seaside villages, and iconic landmarks. Highlights include:
- Chapman's Peak Drive - one of the most scenic coastal roads in the world.
- Cape Point, where rugged cliffs meet the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.
- Boulders Beach, home to a colony of African penguins.
After a full day of exploration, return to the city and enjoy the best restaurants in Cape Town, whether at a fine-dining venue or a laid-back eatery with ocean views.

Day 3 - At leisure in Cape Town
Today is a day at leisure in Cape Town, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the city at your own pace. You can choose to relax in preparation for your upcoming safari in Kruger National Park, or take this opportunity to explore more of what Cape Town has to offer.
If you're interested in additional activities, we can arrange a variety of experiences for you. Consider taking a cable car ride up Table Mountain for breathtaking views, visiting the vibrant V&A Waterfront for shopping and dining, or enjoying a leisurely stroll along the picturesque Sea Point Promenade.
For those seeking more adventure, options include a sunset cruise in Table Bay with stunning city views, water biking in Simon’s Town to explore marine life, or night kayaking through the Waterfront canals for a unique perspective on the city.

Days 4-6: Greater Kruger National Park
Day 4 - Fly to the Greater Kruger
This morning, you will bid farewell to Cape Town and head to the airport for your flight to the Greater Kruger region for the next three nights. Upon arrival, you’ll be met by a lodge representative and transferred to your luxury safari lodge, where you can settle in and take in the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.
Later in the afternoon, you’ll set off on your first game drive in Kruger National Park, an exciting introduction to the incredible wildlife of the region. With an expert guide leading the way, you’ll explore the vast conservancy, tracking iconic species such as elephants, lions, and leopards while learning about the unique ecosystem. As the daylight fades, you’ll make your way back to camp, where a warm welcome and a delicious dinner await, rounding off an unforgettable first day on your South Africa safari tour.

Days 5 & 6 - Safari in Kruger National Park
Spend the next two days fully immersed in the wild, with morning and afternoon game drives offering incredible encounters with Africa’s iconic wildlife. Early mornings bring the bush to life as predators roam and herds gather at waterholes. For a more intimate experience, opt for a guided walking safari, tracking animal footprints and discovering the smaller wonders of the ecosystem.
Midday is for relaxation - unwind by the pool, enjoy a leisurely lunch, or take in the lodge’s serene surroundings. As the afternoon sun casts golden light over the savannah, another game drive offers fresh opportunities, from spotting a leopard on the hunt to watching a herd of elephants crossing the plains.

Days 7-9: Victoria Falls
Day 7- Fly to Victoria Falls
After breakfast, you will make your way to the airport for your flight to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. Upon arrival, a lodge representative will meet you and transfer you to your Victoria Falls hotel.
Victoria Falls is one of the world’s most breathtaking natural wonders. Known as Mosi-oa-Tunya, by the Tonga people, translated to The Smoke That Thunders, the falls create a towering mist visible from miles away.
In the afternoon, you’ll have the option to take a self-guided tour of Victoria Falls National Park, following scenic pathways through the rainforest. Along the way, stop at various viewpoints to witness the sheer power and scale of the falls from different angles. The rest of the day is yours to relax and take in the beauty of your surroundings.

Days 8 & 9 - Exploring Victoria Falls at your own pace
Whether you spend your days sightseeing, cruising along the river, or simply unwinding at your lodge, Victoria Falls offers something for every traveller.
Over the next two days, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore Victoria Falls at your own pace. Take to the skies on a scenic helicopter flight, known as the Flight of Angels, for a breathtaking aerial view of the falls and the Zambezi River. For a more relaxed experience, a sunset cruise on the river offers a chance to spot wildlife while enjoying drinks and snacks.
For dining with a view, visit the Lookout Café, perched above the Batoka Gorge, or immerse yourself in local culture with a guided village tour. History enthusiasts can explore the Victoria Falls Bridge & Museum, learning about its construction and significance.
Day 10: Fly Home
Day 10 - Fly home
Today, you will enjoy breakfast at the lodge before being transferred to Victoria Falls Airport for your flight to Johannesburg, where you’ll connect to your international flight home.
As your journey comes to an end, you’ll take with you unforgettable memories—the breathtaking sights of Cape Town, the thrill of tracking wildlife on safari, and the awe-inspiring power of Victoria Falls.
