Best time to visit County Cork

Cord generally has a mild climate, with the summer months having warm, sunny weather.  June to August is a beautiful time to discover Ireland's beauty with warm weather although a chance of rain. This the best time for all the outdoor activities on offer as well in the city and countryside celebrating many festivals travelers can experience the true Irish culture.

Although the winter months bring cooler temperatures, for those more adventurous to drive winter walks the scenery is just as beautiful and fewer tourists.  during these months there are plenty of indoor activities such as visiting museums, historical sites, and enjoying local cuisine.

The Spring and Autumn months are a great time to visit even though temperatures would be cooler and a chance of rain although there are fewer tourists around which is a bonus.
