An island escape offering pristine beaches and jungle trails
With white sand beaches and dazzling waters encircling the tropical jungle wilderness, Koh Rong is one of Cambodia’s most stunning islands.
Set only a 45-min speedboat ride from Sihanoukville, the island has become popular with backpackers and party-goers. However, those who wander further from the main village will be rewarded with their own secluded slice of paradise.
There’s a range of ecological and cultural programs to get involved in. Join the conservation team on a trip to the neighboring island of Prek Svay, where they support the local community.
Go on an island safari to the "sweetheart" islands of Koh Ouen and Koh Bong. You’ll learn about local species and ecosystems, as well as the conservation work that goes into protecting them.
Spend your days soaking up the sun and relaxing on the pristine beaches, or take off on an ocean adventure. You can go snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, or take a speedboat tour around the stunning archipelago.
Set off into the jungle on a rainforest tour, while thrill seekers can go ziplining through the lush canopy. In the evening, take a sunset cruise across the glimmering seas and wait until night falls to discover Koh Rong’s famous bioluminescent plankton.
With stunning natural scenery and a private luxury escape, Koh Rong is the beach paradise you’ve been dreaming about.
