Head off on an unforgettable journey through Brazil's most iconic destinations, blending vibrant city experiences with natural retreats. Your adventure begins in the magical city of Rio de Janeiro. Start with a comprehensive city tour that includes visits to the city's highlights of Christ the Redeemer statue and Sugar Loaf Mountain with so many things to do in Rio de Janeiro.
As day turns to night, experience the electrifying nightlife of Rio witnessing amazing dance and music. Your journey continues with a flight to Cuiabá, followed by a scenic transfer to the tranquil haven of Cristalino Lodge in Alta Floresta. Here, you will be surrounded by the breathtaking Amazon rainforest, where a variety of guided tours and activities await, from birdwatching and photography to canoeing and canopy tower excursions.

Trip Itinerary
Days 1-5: Rio de Janeiro
Day 1 - Arrive in Rio de Janeiro
Welcome to Brazil! Upon arrival, a guide will meet you right after making your way through customs. You'll then have a private transfer to your hotel, during the journey, the guide will provide a basic briefing about the city and your hotel. On arrival to your hotel relax after your long journey.
Day 2 - Explore Rio
After breakfast, depart from the hotel to visit the city's most famous landmarks. Head off on a scenic drive along Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, arriving at the base of Corcovado Hill. Embark on a comfortable train that ascends the mountain to the statue of Christ the Redeemer, situated 2,300 feet above sea level. Known as the “wonder of Rio,” the statue was made one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. At the top, you can use panoramic elevators or escalators to reach the foot of the statue and enjoy a panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro, aptly named the “Marvelous City.”
After descending the mountain, you'll stop for a delicious lunch at Fogo de Chão steakhouse. Operating under the unique service concept of "espeto corrido" (continuous service), Fogo de Chão offers a prix-fixe system where guests can sample the entire menu or focus on their favorite items. Enjoy lunch featuring unlimited servings of 15 different delectable cuts of fire-roasted meats, a sumptuous buffet of gourmet salads and fresh-cut vegetables, and a variety of Brazilian side dishes, whilst overlooking the gorgeous view of Sugar Loaf mountain and the bay. The meal includes an individual dessert and one espresso coffee or tea (beverages not included).
In the afternoon, visit the world-famous Sugar Loaf Mountain, an iconic site of Rio de Janeiro. Jump on the cable car to the top of Sugar Loaf, providing a 360-degree view of the entire city, including Botafogo and Copacabana beaches, Corcovado Mountain, and downtown Rio de Janeiro.
Day 3 - Explore Rio de Janeiro
Today head out to be shown the artistry and imagination involved in the creation of Carnival. You'll visit the Grande Rio samba school warehouse to discover the secrets behind the making of Carnival, get up close to gigantic floats, and learn about the history of Samba and the intricate details of the Carnival Parade. You’ll have the chance to dress up in past carnival costumes and experience the music.
In the evening, experience Rio by night with a visit to Rio Scenarium in the neighborhood of Lapa. As the sun sets, this normally quiet area transforms into a vibrant hotspot full of restaurants, nightclubs, and bars.
Day 4 - Rio de Janeiro to Cuiabá
Today you will check out of your Rio hotel and meet your local guide in the hotel lobby for a private transfer to the airport. Upon arrival in Cuiabá, meet your guide for a private transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is for you to relax after traveling, ready for the rest of your Brazil holiday.
Days 5-8: Cristalino Lodge
Day 5 - Cuiabá to Alta Floresta
After a relaxing night, check out from your hotel, meet your local guide in the hotel lobby for a private transfer to the airport for your flight to Alta Floresta. Upon arrival at Alta Floresta, guests will be transferred to Cristalino Lodge. The transfer includes a one-hour drive by car followed by a 30-minute boat ride. You will receive a friendly welcome at your hotel and time for you to relax in your new location.
Day 6-7: Cristalino Lodge
For the next few days there is plenty to enjoy at Cristalino Lodge, which offers a range of activities included in the package that can be tailored to every travellers interests and length of stay. Some of the activities on offer include natural history tours, birdwatching, photography tours, canoeing, hiking, canopy tower excursions, fauna and flora observation, and boat trips. The lodge’s 30-km trail system and canopy towers offer unique experiences of the Amazon rainforest, with opportunities to observe a variety of wildlife and plant species. The lodge provides comfortable accommodations, full board with three meals per day, and daily exploration trips accompanied by local and bilingual guides.
Day 8 - Alta Floresta
After breakfast, embark on a transfer to Alta Floresta airport. The transfer departs from Cristalino Lodge at 10:00 AM, with an expected arrival time at the airport of 11:30 AM. Transfer schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
