Day 2 - London Museum & Market Tour

Today brings you the perfect introduction to London, offering up a tour which represents the city’s balance between new and old. First awaits the British Museum, established in 1753 as the world’s first national public museum, a status which has welcomed an incredible archive of history, art and culture. Your private guide will lead you around the museum’s hallways, which are embellished with mind-blowing artefacts and world-famous exhibits like the Rosetta Stone and the Parthenon frieze.

Following a wander around this incredible museum, you feel a hunger coming on. Luckily, London’s Borough Market’s your next stop, with an unparalleled range of freshly-cooked dishes served at street food stalls and cosy eateries. London’s quintessential spectrum of cuisines, from classic British specialties to global gems, is at your fingertips throughout the afternoon.

Complete your day with a stroll along the River Thames, which is bordered by iconic landmarks like London Bridge and the HMS Belfast, before indulging in a fresh pot of English tea and a sticky toffee pudding – an English delicacy!

Day 3 - London Cycling Adventure

An active excursion around the most scenic parts of London is scheduled today, as you hop onto a bicycle following a nourishing breakfast. Head down pathways which shoulder the meanders of the River Thames, and through neatly landscaped parks, towards St James Park.

Along the way, gaze at the Houses of Parliament, an age-old political beacon, and quench your thirst for further landmarks as you arrive at the Royal Parks. Regal spectacles like the Buckingham Palace, Clarence House, and Whitehall are nearby, whilst stunning green spaces and majestic fountains decorate the surrounding areas.

As you traverse the elaborate heritage of Scottish whisky, moving from its origins to its current world-wide status, your guide slips into colourful folk stories. A delicious breakfast at your Edinburgh hotel kickstarts the final day of your trip to the UK. Today’s “Atmospheric Edinburgh Tour” completes your tour with a thorough trail around the best landmarks in the city, beginning in the beautiful Old Town, characterised by rustic architecture and pedestrian streets.

Next, Edinburgh’s treasure trove of cultural and historic gems, like St Giles’ Cathedral, Greyfriars Kirkyard and the Grassmarket, are unveiled, embodying the way in which the city’s character has shaped through time. Heading into the grand hall of the National Museum of Scotland, a catalogue of jaw-dropping relics, including age-old bronze jewellery and fossils, are on display.

Following the close of today’s Edinburgh walking tour, the city’s most famous landmark, Edinburgh Castle, is all yours.
