For those seeking adventure, learn to surf at Bondi Beach or enjoy a swim in the tranquil waters of Coogee. Wander through the historic cobbled streets of The Rocks or explore the markets, boutiques, cafes, and pubs of Paddington. Beyond its world-famous harbour and 70-plus beaches, Sydney offers an array of culinary delights, festivals, and non-stop excitement.
Your accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance of Circular Quay and the historic Rocks district. The hotel is vibrant and elegant, with carefully designed rooms that reflect the calming hues of the surrounding harbour, featuring wood accents and spacious marble bathrooms. Rooms range from 26 to 53 square metres, offering views of the city, partial harbour, or full harbour.
In the afternoon, embark on a 3-hour guided tour of the Sydney Harbour Bridge with BridgeClimb. Following a comprehensive safety briefing, your climb leader will guide you along the top arch of the bridge, navigating catwalks and ladders all the way to the summit, 134 metres above the harbour. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of Sydney, from the Opera House in the east to the Blue Mountains in the west. At the conclusion of your climb, you’ll receive a group photograph, a personalised commemorative certificate, and a BridgeClimb cap.
Day 2 - Exploring Sydney
This morning, start the day with a private tour of the Sydney Opera House. This 1-hour guided experience takes you inside Jorn Utzon’s architectural masterpiece, shedding light on the dramatic saga behind the creation of one of the world’s most recognisable buildings. As part of the tour, you’ll witness unforgettable moments from past performances, enhanced by immersive digital technology, and explore one of the working venues inside this iconic structure.
In the evening, enjoy a 4-hour progressive dinner cruise on Sydney Harbour. With the city’s lights twinkling on the water, you’ll cruise to Balmoral, where you’ll dine at an acclaimed harbourside restaurant, choosing from a selection of entrees and mains. After your meal, return to the boat for a beautiful cheese platter as you take in the magical night-time views of the harbour.
